Your business is built on relationships

Your sphere is your most valuable source of future business, but your CRM makes them feel like tasks.

01

Too many people

Hundreds of names leave you staring at your database, unsure where to begin.

02

Too much to remember

Birthdays, family details, and meaningful life updates disappear into scattered notes—or memory.

03

Too little time

The people who already know and trust you are easy to neglect when the day becomes reactive.

Relationships don’t just disappear. They slowly fade when too much time passes between thoughtful moments.

The relationship gap

Your clients intend to come back.
But will they remember to?

88%

of buyers say they would use their agent again.

only 17%

of buyers actually returned to an agent they previously used.

The closing may be the end of the transaction. It shouldn't be the end of the relationship.

1

Build your sphere gradually.

Our three week warm-up encourages you to add the people you truly want to stay close to. Three to five a day is plenty.

2

Meet your morning five.

Start each day with five relationships and a thoughtful reason to reach out.

3

Reach out in your own voice.

Call, text, email, check in on social media, or send a card. You choose the moment.

4

Let the app remember.

Capture what you learned so the next conversation begins with genuine context.

Thoughtfulness, made easier

The right person. The right moment. The details that matter.

01
A clear place to begin

Five people. Every morning.

Open the app and know exactly who deserves a moment of your attention. A birthday to celebrate. A past client to check on. A relationship that has gone quiet.

02
The context that makes it personal

Remember more than a name.

Keep the small details that make people feel remembered, from a child’s name to a home project, a pet, or the story behind the relationship.

The moments that matter

Never let an important date slip by.

Birthdays, anniversaries, and home anniversaries stay visible, so thoughtfulness does not depend on a perfect memory.

More than a phone call

Reach out in a way that feels like you.

A quick call. A thoughtful text. A card in the mail or coffee together. There’s more than one way to stay close, and every connection gives you something worth remembering.

Pick up the phone with a place to start.

Review the details that matter before you call. A family milestone or something from your last conversation can make reaching out feel natural.

An example with Alex

Emma just started college. The backyard renovation is finished.

“How’s Emma settling in? And did you get to enjoy the backyard this summer?”

After the call, capture what you learned so it’s there next time.

A small detail. A natural reason to connect.

Start with a draft that draws on the relationship. Review it, make it sound like you, and send when you’re ready.

An example text

“Hey Alex! How’s the new backyard? Has Cooper claimed his favorite spot yet?”

A starting point for a real conversation, not a message sent on autopilot.

A little more room for a thoughtful check-in.

Some conversations need more than a quick text. Use a draft email as a starting point for a personal note or something useful to share.

An example email

Subject: How’s the new neighborhood?

“Hi Alex, I was near your neighborhood yesterday and thought of you. Have you found a favorite coffee place yet? I hope the house is feeling more like home every day.”

Your voice and judgment make the final message personal.

Some moments deserve something in the mail.

A birthday, a home anniversary, or a simple thank-you can become a thoughtful card. Keep the message specific to the person receiving it.

An example card

“Alex, one year in your home already! I hope it’s been full of good memories, backyard afternoons, and plenty of room for Cooper to run. So glad I got to be part of finding it.”

A meaningful date becomes a reason to make someone feel remembered.

The conversation ends. The details stay with you.

Coffee, a lunch, or a conversation around the neighborhood all count. Document what you learned so the next check-in picks up where you left off.

An example meetup note

“Coffee with Alex. Emma is settling into college and loves her classes. Alex is thinking about a kitchen update next year. Asked me to keep an eye out for a good contractor.”

The useful details become context for your next conversation.

Not more automation. Better memory.

Your relationships deserve more than another campaign.

People don't feel cared for because they entered a drip sequence. They feel cared for when you remember the important things and show up at the right time.

From an early My Morning Five user

“The problem was never that I forgot people. It’s that I’d open FUB, see hundreds of contacts, and have no clue where to start.”

“My Morning Five makes it so easy. I’ve used it almost every day for two months, and I already feel so much more connected to my clients and in control of my business.”

A few helpful answers

Questions before you begin?

Is My Morning Five a CRM?

No. It is a relationship management app for individual real estate agents. It is designed to help you remember people, choose who to reach out to, and preserve the personal context behind each relationship—not manage deals, pipelines, or automated campaigns.

How are my five people chosen?

My Morning Five considers meaningful dates, time since your last touch, relationship history, and the people who may benefit from your attention now. The goal is a useful starting point, not another overwhelming task list.

Do I have to move my entire database?

No. You can bring people in from your phone contacts a few at a time. Your sphere is not your whole address book, and you do not need to complete a giant import before the app becomes useful.

Where can I use it?

My Morning Five is available for iPhone and Android, with a desktop version for the times you prefer a larger screen.

What if it isn't right for me?
